The Texas Book Festival (TBF) began with a simple purpose: to bring authors and readers together in a celebration of literature and literacy. It is held on the Capitol grounds. You will see their big tent right in the corner on the grounds.
The Festival has grown into one of the nation’s premier annual literary events, featuring 275+ authors of the year’s best books and drawing more than 40,000 book lovers of all ages.
Though I will not be one of the 275 authors scrambling for attention, Texas A&M University Press will be there with my book under their big tent. If you are in Austin this weekend, stop by and get the book and say hello to their BRILLIANT acquisitions editor, Jay Dew.
